The billing questions, answered plainly.
What exactly am I charged, and when?
Nothing today. The first 15 days are free and include 5 renders. On day 16 your plan begins - $49 a month for 100 renders, or $99 for 250 - and recurs monthly on that date until you cancel. We ask for a card up front and email you before the first charge.
Is there a setup fee, or a charge per render?
No setup fee, no per-seat cost and no contract. Renders are included in your plan rather than charged one by one - 100 a month on Starter, 250 on Studio - and your slab catalogue is unlimited on both.
Can I change plan later?
Any time, in your dashboard. Moving up takes effect immediately and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down takes effect when the month you have already paid for ends, so you keep the renders you bought.
What happens if I run out of renders?
Your visualiser stops rendering until the month resets, and we email you at 80% so it does not come as a surprise. Upgrading starts it again straight away. Failed renders never count against your allowance.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel from the billing portal in your dashboard - two clicks, no email or phone call. Cancel during the free trial and you are never charged at all. Cancel later and your page stays live until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 14 days of a monthly charge, if the service has not worked for you, we refund that month in full. Duplicate charges, charges after cancelling, and outages that are our fault are always refunded. The full terms are on the Refund Policy page.
Is tax included in the price?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax or VAT. Where tax applies to your location it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I change my mind about the price later?
The rate you sign up on is the rate you keep unless we tell you otherwise. If we ever change prices, existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email and can cancel before it takes effect.
