Refund Policy

The short version: the free 15-day trial exists so you can decide before paying a full month. Cancel any time in two clicks, and you will not be charged again.

What you pay

nothing for the first 15 days - the trial is free, with 5 renders included.
from $49 per month from the end of the trial, recurring monthly until cancelled.

Cancelling

Cancelling during the trial stops the subscription before the first monthly charge. Cancel after that and your page stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for, then stops.

The trial fee

There is nothing to refund from the trial, because the trial is free. It gives you 15 days and 5 renders, which you get whether or not you continue.

Monthly charges

Within 14 days of a charge, if the service has not worked for you, write to us and we will refund that month in full. You do not have to justify it at length - tell us what went wrong so we can fix it, and we will process the refund.

After 14 days we do not refund the current month, and we do not pro-rate a part-used month when you cancel. Your access continues to the end of the period you paid for.

We always refund

A duplicate or accidental charge.
A charge after you cancelled.
A period when the service was substantially unavailable through our fault.
Any charge we cannot properly account for.

How to ask

Email support@slabstudioai.com from the address on the account, with the date and amount of the charge. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We would rather refund you directly and quickly than argue it out through a payment dispute.

Statutory rights

This policy sits on top of the rights you have by law, including any statutory cancellation or cooling-off period in your country. It does not reduce them.
