Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SlabStudioAI, operated by EtechAll(“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

1. What the service does

SlabStudioAI gives a stone fabricator a branded web page. A homeowner visits that page, uploads a photograph of their kitchen and chooses a slab from the fabricator’s catalogue. We use AI to estimate the countertop area from the photograph and to generate a visualisation of that stone in that room, then calculate an indicative price using rates the fabricator has set. The homeowner’s contact details are passed to the fabricator as a sales lead.

2. Estimates are not quotations

Square footage is estimated by a machine-learning model from a single photograph. It can be wrong. Prices calculated from that estimate are indicative only and do not constitute an offer, a quotation, or a contract between a fabricator and a homeowner. Every fabricator is responsible for confirming measurements and price before entering into any agreement, and the branded pages say so to the homeowner.

Renders are illustrations. Real stone varies slab to slab, and a render will not match a finished installation exactly.

3. Your account

  • You must give accurate registration details and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account.
  • One subscription covers one showroom. Tell us if you need several.
  • You must be legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction.

4. Fees, trial and renewal

Plans start at $49 per month. New accounts get a free 15-day trial with 5 renders included. When the trial ends the subscription begins automatically at $49 per month and recurs monthly until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.

You may cancel at any time, including during the trial, from the billing section of your dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period. See the Refund Policy.

We may change prices. Existing subscribers will be told by email at least 30 days before a change takes effect, and may cancel before it does.

5. Your content, and your customers’

You keep ownership of everything you upload: slab photographs, your logo, your prices, your business details. You grant us the licence needed to host and display that content in order to run the service for you, and nothing more.

Photographs uploaded by homeowners on your branded page are collected by you, for you. You are responsible for telling those homeowners how their photographs and contact details will be used, and for handling their data lawfully. We process that data on your behalf, as set out in the Privacy Policy.

You confirm you have the right to upload everything you upload. Do not upload a photograph of a slab you do not have the right to publish.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive or obscene material.
  • Misrepresent prices, availability or your business.
  • Use the service to generate images of people, or of property you have no connection to.
  • Attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Resell or white-label the service to other fabricators without our written agreement.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service and there is no service level agreement. We depend on third parties - hosting, databases, AI models, payment processing - and their outages will sometimes be ours. Planned maintenance is announced by email where practical.

AI rendering is rate limited per visitor and per showroom to keep costs sane and to stop abuse. Those limits may change.

8. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time. We may end this agreement on 30 days’ notice, or immediately if you materially breach these terms or fail to pay. When an account ends, the branded page stops serving and your data is retained as described in the Privacy Policy until you ask us to delete it.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or for any loss arising from an inaccurate area estimate, an inaccurate render, or a price a homeowner was shown. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any consumer-protection right you have under the law of your own country.
